On 23rd Aug 2011, Shri. Karun Sanghi, M.D., Tyresoles (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Mr. Harmanjeet Bhatia, M.D, Presto Tyres, Jabalpur. Signed the agreement marking the beginning of first ever joint venture by the name Presto Tyresoles Retreading Pvt. Ltd.

Presto Tyres, a leading tyre retreading company based in Jabalpur, M.P. has been retreading from car to OTR tyres in precured as well as conventional mould cure process for the last 25 years.

Tyresoles, India's leading tyre retreading company with the largest retreading facility in Belgaum, Karnataka has more than 6 decades of experience in the field of retreading.

Tyresoles has been working closely with its customers to develop new products to meet changing requirements. It has also developed specialized rubber compounds to match vehicle operating conditions in India. It has also established an ERP system in 1999 which allows it to track tyres online and give customers accurate information about their tyres.

Tyresoles has also introduced the Rema Tip Top system to repair tubeless radial tyres that would need to be scrapped in the past. Tyresoles is also the only retreader in india to retread radial tyres in 6-segmented moulds.
With this JV, customers will, continue to receive the best services that they have been accustomed to with Presto Tyres and the added advantage of the product and the technical expertise brought in by Tyresoles. More over, for Tyresoles this will be a strong footing in the central part of the country.

On 29th Sept 2011, Presto Tyresoles aquired land & building at Ricchai Industrial Estate, Jabalpur where a new state-of-the-art factory is likely to come up by Sept 2012.

This facility will have installed capacity of 5000 tyres per month.
On 2nd Oct 2011, A pooja was organized at the factory which was attended by staff along with their family members & also the well wishers.
On 3rd Oct 2011, Presto Tyresoles started production & billing under the new system.

Tyresoles is planning on more joint ventures in the next two to three years that would enable the company to spread its service network faster across the country.
